The Lake Cushman Home
Built on a high bank overlooking Lake Cushman this Northwest Modern Home has extensive structural engineering. A pin pile foundation system was required for stability in case of earthquake. To provide for an unobstructed view of the lake from the main floor steel cantilevered beams were used to support the lake side roof system. Abundant use of glass on 2 sides of the Great Room brings light and added views of the lake and mountains.
